Free Meet & Greet (I believe you should always interview your Doula first...they're going to be
involved in a very intimate event in your life! Personality is huge!)
1-2 Meet-ups (to get to know each other and to discuss your birth plan and desires)
Facebook, e-mail, web support throughout the duration of your pregnancy
24/7 Phone support two weeks prior and two weeks post due date
Arrangements for a back-up Doula (that you will meet during your pregnancy)
Breastfeeding Support
Postpartum Visit
